I just got a call from Tanner, our sales rep, asking if I was satisfied with our vehicles (2020 Rogue and 2013 Chevy Cruze) purchased several weeks ago. Indeed, we are. We used a kbb cash offer for trade-in, which was honored at full value, and no downpayment on either vehicle. I am surprised to read other reviews saying Tanner was pushy and unprofessional. But those were older reviews, when Tanner was new on the job. We found him to be helpful, friendly and delivered everything promised. The sales manager Patrick went above and beyond what was promised. The morning after we drove the Cruze off the lot, the battery was dead. And one of the tires had lost air pressure rather dramatically. I sent the invoices for a new battery and valve stem, which were promptly reimbursed. Even the finance experience was pleasant. Something I have NEVER experienced. Not only was I not pressured into an upsell, he told me that I could receive a refund on my trade in for an extended warranty I had purchased. Gave me the paperwork necessary and explained the procedure. I highly recommend Orr Nissan's entire team. Good job guys!

Purchased a new Sentra for my Mother. Couldn't have asked for a better sales team. Very helpful with finding what worked best for her.

Mr.Jerry Grabill took great care of me. As did the rest of the service department. Other employees who happened to walk by the waiting area always spoke to us. Thanks for getting our needs taken care of!
